No, installing RoadActive Suspension (or any other rear suspension helper) does not automatically void the factory warranty. The Magnuson Moss Act states that it is illegal for a vehicle manufactuer or dealership to void a warranty just because a part has been installed. The manufacturer or dealership may only void the warranty if they are able to prove the aftermarket part caused or contributed damage to the vehicle. Even then, warranty to the impacted component(s) is the only portion of the warranty that may be voided. In this case, all other parts of the vehicle remain under warranty.

2021 Nissan Titan.
Haven't pulled my travel trailer, yet, but without the trailer there's a difference in how the truck handles. Ride is just barely rougher, but there's no sway in the rear, now. Truck corners a lot better. The kit raised the height by about an inch. Glad I bought the kit.
I purchased the RAS kit to help with porpoising that I had while pulling our tongue tow RV. The RV is 28'2" and has a dry weight of 6282 lbs. I am pulling it with a 2024 Nissan Titan (1/2 ton).
The RAS raised the bed of the truck approximately 2". This system fixed the porpoising and did much more to help with the ride of truck while pulling the RV. The system has also reduced the amount of bounce after hitting a significant dip in the road.
The ride while not towing the RV changed very little, if any.
I would recommend the RAS kit to anyone to help with the same issues that I had dealt with.
Note: just pulled the RV 400+ miles and really liked the drive.

Just returned from a 1,019 mile trip pulling the RV. We traveled multiple roadways, gravel roads, two-lane highways and interstates. All were traveled very smoothly.
The ride whether loaded or empty was very smooth.
Cornering was smooth, wash-boarding on gravel roads was smooth, just an overall smooth tow.

My 2014 Nissan Titan SL with RAS kit number 3611-HD rides very smooth both while not carrying or when carrying a load on the hitch. I took advantage of using a service bay on Base to install the kit. I followed the directions and got the system installed with my limited DIY skills.
I installed the RAS system on my 2006 Nissan Titan, and I can honestly say it completely transformed the way my truck handles. I tow trailers loaded with bounce houses and waterslides for my business, and before installing this, I was getting about 9 inches of sag — which made the truck unsafe and just felt terrible to drive.
After installing the RAS, that sag dropped to just 3 inches with the exact same load. The improvement was immediate. My truck no longer feels like it’s floating or rolling around — it actually feels planted and hugs the road, even when fully loaded. Hitting bumps, potholes, or railroad tracks used to jolt the whole truck. Now, I barely feel them.
I used the black disc to make the ride a bit firmer, and it didn’t really raise the back end much, but the driving experience is night and day. Honestly, it feels like I’m driving a brand-new truck again.
The cherry on top? Installation took maybe 20 minutes — super easy, even for someone who doesn’t wrench on trucks every day. If you're towing heavy or hauling often, this is a no-brainer. I absolutely love this upgrade.
I pulled the trigger after a few years of checking into this system and I had it installed on my 2021 Nissan Titan Pro 4x. Before I had I stalled it, pulling my 30 ft camper the front end of my truck tires lifted up and the tires weren't contacting the road surface very good at all. With the RAS installed, I couldn't believe the difference it truly made! My truck rides level now, and having it on, when pulling the camper it rides so much smoother, and better control.

I have not had an opportunity to tow with RAS installed, but everyday driving has been so much better. My truck (2024 Titan SV 4wd) had a very soft ride, it formed up nicely and feels much more stable than before, I can't wait to tow with it to see how much better it will be. I stallation was a breeze, the hardest part was getting the truck jacked up and getting the wheels off. Glad that I had already leveled the front end because the RAS lifted the rear end by 1.5", without a level there would have been a significant rake.

Easy to install and worked great. With 6000lb loaded trailer it leveled the truck and no longer squatted. Tows better and much safer.
2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X, install took about an hour (excellent directions btw!), most of that time was removing one little stock bolt. Just had my first trip/tow (8,300lb 37’ travel trailer), result: completely eliminated squat and porpoising!! Couldn’t be happier!
I added the heavy duty kit to my 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4x. This solved the sag issue I had with my new RV. This is the second time I have added this suspension kit to a truck I own. It is a really good upgrade.
Way easy to install. I set mine up for the 40 percent. With my weight distribution hitch I don't have any squat when I tow. When I don't tow my truck rides like stock. I have now install a 2" level kit. I have a 1" difference from front to rear. I would do it again!
The installation honestly took about 45 minutes total for both sides with the wheels still installed, but on jack stands. It tightened up my rear end and it's not as bouncy or unpredictable anymore. The RAS kit definitely stabilized the rear end and stopped the wheel hopping. It did raise the rear of the truck about an inch or so. I am going to install this on my other truck that has an axle flip kit.
I have a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro-4X. I am very pleased with my RAS upgrade. Previously, I loaded my truck with 53 bags of wet mulch, and it was sagging so bad, I thought the front wheels would come off the ground. That prompted me to order the Nissan Titan Pickup 2004 - 2022, Kit ID: 3611-HD RAS system. Under an hour, I had the kit installed. I have a rather large boat and when I hitched it up, the truck never went down a bit. The ride actually improved. Hitching and unhitching my 26 foot travel trailer from my Nissan Titan is so much easier now and drives much better. Before I felt like the front end was going to come off the ground. Now there is only a little rise in the front end. Saved me from having to get a 3/4 ton!
Installed this system on a 2020 Nissan Titan PRO-4X that has a 3in ICON lift already. Installing was way easier than I thought it would be. Without towing anything I already notice a difference with tje way the vehcile handles and a smooth rode when hitting dips and bumps. Will be towing a heavh trailer this coming fall and figured it wouldn't hurt anything to install now. Glad I did. Easy and great system to install. You will not regret it.

Delivery was quick and it works well for what I need it for. I have a 2 drawer decked system full of tools and a topper with a Pop up tent on top. No squatting!
The quality of the product made it hard to install. The hex bolt on the product that is used to tighten the spring was glued on and it fell off during installation. Constantly it was a battle to tighten the spring without the hex bolt slipping, which caused my hands to slip several times and bang it against some part of the truck. Not sure of what the size hex bolt it was, but the other side eventually fell off and now I can't adjust it.
The customer service wasnt the best. I tried to price match my order after it had gone on sale 10 days later. They wouldn't price match it. They offered a solution that I could pay to ship it back and then buy it again. No common sense.
If I didn't have to pay for shipping back, a $600 product had a negligible effect on my 1/2 ton truck.
More confident towing. My 2020 Titan is more sure-footed as I tow my travel trailer. No more squat or porpoising as I tow and the ride without the trailer is smooth. So glad I added these to my truck.
2019 Nissan Titan, I purchased the heavy-duty Kit ID: 3611-HD. This is a must for all truck owners. I wish I had installed this when I first purchased the truck. The ride is better, and I thought that was not possible. Driving over rough roads, the springs just soak it up. RAS Don't no Squat.
Just got it installed. Waited till I did rear brakes. Very easy installation. Have not drove truck yet. Will probably not do any towing till spring antique tractor shows.
Very easy to install and seems to be doing the job. Only had one trip since install, so a bit early to provide much feedback. No apparent change in the ride of the truck.
Ordered my RAS kit for my 2021 Nissan Titan and the ride itself is greatly improved along with the cornering while driving here in Arkansas. I have not tried it out while towing the Rv so that’s another test to see how it handles, for sure it’s a great product.
Very easy to install. Had zero issues installing on my 21 titan. Put a 30' travel trailer on the back and it only dropped 1.5" at " 30%" per the manual. I'll stretch it out a bit more. Adds a lot of confidence when towing. Trailer just feels like part of the truck instead of something in the back. Good product.
Installed the RAS HD on a 2017 Nissan Titan SV. Took a little over 2 hours. So far is has been great. Takes bumpy roads way better than before. I have adjusted at the 25% rate for now. Raised the back about an inch. Looking forward to pulling my 5600# travel trailer with it. Nice system.
Fantastic product! It all started with amazing packaging that included a hand written note, but it didn’t stop there because instantly you can tell this is a quality part. Installation was as easy and simple as described and the instructions covered all possible vehicle variants so there was no risk of not having the needed information. On a half ton of the road drops out I can feel the Ras pushing the wheels to the ground but the ride is not too different from factory for the family. Towing and weight carrying adds stability with sway control which is as advertised.
Installed this onto my 2010 Nissan Titan with 2" front leveling kit. I tow a 21' boat while the bed of my truck is usually loaded with gear. The truck used to sag badly and adding the RAS eliminated it completely. It really made a noticeable difference in the handling.
These were very easy to install and have eliminated most of the sagging issues I have with pulling a boat when the truck bed is loaded down.
I'll probably add them to the next 1/2 ton truck I but.

Length of Coverage
Except as provided below, RoadActive Suspension, Inc. offers the following duration:
1. RoadActive Suspension, Inc. kits and their components are warrantied in the United States and Canada against defects in workmanship and materials for five (5) years following installation on the vehicle for which the kit is purchased.
2. The Warranty is terminated immediately when you transfer ownership of the vehicle to a second party, or it is used for a purpose not intended, regardless of your consent and/or if the product is installed on a second vehicle, regardless of when the second installation takes place. Because of these provisions, the Warranty is not transferable.
Authorized Sellers Only
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from RoadActive Suspension, Inc. or from an authorized RAS dealer or retailer. Purchases made from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers (including online marketplaces) may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Obligations
RoadActive Suspension, Inc. shall be limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any part or parts that reasonably appear to us upon inspection to have been defective in material and/or workmanship. You will be responsible for the cost of transportation charges and any charges in connection with reinstallation of the defective parts.
Exclusions and Limitations
The limited Warranty does not cover and RoadActive Suspension, Inc. will not be held responsible for any costs or injury you sustain by reason of the following:
1. Parts and labor necessary for removal, reinstallation, vehicle modification, or any vehicle repair, service, or replacement, and repair of defective parts other than RoadActive Suspension, Inc. defective parts, regardless of cause.
2. Any repair or replacement made necessary by any accident, breakdown, or failure of bolts, nuts, washers, or any other parts used to install the products, whether or not by RoadActive Suspension, Inc.
3. Unreasonable use, failure to install or maintain the product properly, modification of the product, or failure attributed to a defect in the vehicle, towing, fire, theft, environmental condition, or negligence, accidental or intentional damage or destruction.
4. Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to compensation for loss of use of the product or vehicle, inconvenience, lost profit, or any other direct or indirect loss.
Individual Components Policy
For liability and safety reasons, RoadActive Suspension, Inc. does not sell or distribute individual components of any RAS kit separately. Each RoadActive Suspension kit is designed, tested, and warrantied as a complete system. Replacing or modifying any component independently—including threaded rods, brackets, or hardware—may affect system integrity and void all warranty coverage. Replacement components are only available through approved warranty claims or complete kit purchases.
Non-Warranty Replacement Policy
In cases where damage occurs due to installation error, misuse, or other non-warranty causes, replacement components are available only through the purchase of a new complete RoadActive Suspension kit. Individual components are not sold separately for safety and compliance reasons.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty will be considered void if any part of the RoadActive Suspension kit is altered, modified, or installed incorrectly, or if the product is used in any way that differs from its intended purpose. Warranty coverage also becomes void if non-RAS components are substituted or used in conjunction with the system in a way that may affect performance or safety.
Third-Party Modifications
RoadActive Suspension, Inc. is not responsible for any issues or failures that result from the use of aftermarket components, vehicle modifications, or non-standard installations. The RAS system is designed to function only with stock vehicle configurations unless otherwise specified in writing by RoadActive Suspension, Inc.
Inspection Recommendation
As the installation and removal are not covered by this Warranty, we recommend that you inspect the installation of the RoadActive Suspension, Inc. kit to ensure that the product was installed safely and presents, beyond any reasonable doubt, no danger to any other part(s) of the vehicle such as brake lines, gas tank and lines, sewer lines, electrical wiring, or the chassis.
How to Obtain Service
To obtain warranty replacement parts or repair, RoadActive Suspension, Inc. must first be contacted by letter or telephone, providing your name, make, model, and year of vehicle, and evidence of date of installation. Written or verbal approval will be given to you by an authorized RoadActive Suspension, Inc. employee, and you must then return the part to be replaced or repaired—at our option—freight paid, to our warehouse. The replacement part will be shipped within fifteen (15) days following our receipt of the original part.
Be sure to obtain our approval before returning products to our warehouse. They will not be accepted until approval is obtained.
