No, installing RoadActive Suspension (or any other rear suspension helper) does not automatically void the factory warranty. The Magnuson Moss Act states that it is illegal for a vehicle manufactuer or dealership to void a warranty just because a part has been installed. The manufacturer or dealership may only void the warranty if they are able to prove the aftermarket part caused or contributed damage to the vehicle. Even then, warranty to the impacted component(s) is the only portion of the warranty that may be voided. In this case, all other parts of the vehicle remain under warranty.
RAS uses a variable-rate tension coil spring that attaches directly to your rear leaf springs. It works like a muscle, progressively engaging as load or force is applied. This keeps the leaf springs in an upright bowed position to prevent sag, improve stability, and enhance bounce isolation.
Most applications see a 2–3" reduction in rear squat. The exact amount will depend on multiple factors such as vehicle size, load size, load placement, leaf spring condition, and the tension setting of the RAS.

This was super easy to install and I was totally pleased with the ride when I was unloaded. Didn’t even noticed a change.
When loaded with the utv only squatted 1”. Hardly noticed that I was loaded.

I had a local Overlander Outfitter in Fruita install my kit. I was in travel and didn't have the appropriate tools to install myself. They are considering getting a set for one of their show vehicles after their install experience. All three of my company work trucks run the RAS system and we have been very happy with the RAS.
I did have Firestone airbags on my Silverado prior to the RAS. I have removed the airbags after install. World of difference between the two ride qualities. The RAS is way more supple where needed yet stiff where needed. I have a lot less side to side sway with my heavy camper shell. Pulling our 14' bumper pull is smooth AF. We have been a big fan of the RAS for a few years now.

Ride quality has improved significantly. Even set at the 20% setting, when I hooked up my fifth wheel, there was barely any rake from front to back. I have a Rough Country 5” lift, with Fox reservoir’s all around and have always had a front to back rake unless my airbags were inflated. Awesome product, especially for the price point.
I tow a 39’ camper that weighs a little over 10,000 pounds dry.Made a huge difference with bounce on the highway.The best thing I was impressed with is they did not make my truck ride rougher. They actually improved cornering while not towing.It’s like a sports car.Not really but definitely improved cornering. All my camping friends were waiting to see how they worked. They are all putting them on their trucks.

It looks intimidating to install but literally took no more than a hour. My 2025 chevy 2500 rides way better pulling my 8k lb camper since I installed my RAS kit. Eliminated the body roll and bounce while towing.
I just put the RAS system on my truck and just pulled my camper with it for several hours. I really like the way it rides seems to handle better with the camper. I recommend this product.
The RAS Kit raised the rear of my Chevy Silverado 2500 HD an inch and a quarter. My RV dropped it two inches, so with a 12,000 pound RV I’m 3/4 of a inch from stock.
This is the third truck I’ve put RAS Suspension on. I tow a 37 foot fifth wheel and a 34 foot center council and would highly recommend using this Suspension add-on. This truck is a 2026 Chevy 2500 HD Trail boss Duramax without overload springs.
I just installed the 3611 kit on my 2022,GMC,2500HD. Very easy installation. Didn’t seem to notice a stiffer difference in the ride of the truck . I hauled a 16 ft no ramp steel floor trailer with a 4000 lb safe room and a 1700 lb gun safe to a friends new house 60 miles away and the truck set pretty level with the weight of the load . I prefer these over air bags , just install , adjust and you are done !!

After the easy installation, I notice less sway and hoping, a lot better feel and control of my pick up. Less sag in the rear. Highly recommend.
Before road active suspension and after adding road active suspension. Only had to set it to 25,% love the way the truck handles bumps corners now with the camper hooked up. I think it rides better empty also. I looked at this system for about 6-8 months before buying but this is a great system. I had called a few times talking to customer support and they are great to talk to about the system. Easy to install.
I installed the GMC 2500 Sierra 2011- 2025 HD Kit
On my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4. I have already put my RV in storage for winter, but I am now enjoying a nice smooth and flat ride. No more hopping when I cross RR tracks, and much less leaning around corners. I am happy with this addition to my truck.
Ordered the HD kit for my 2017 Chevy 2500. They sent me a kit for a Ford. I have been told by Shawn it should work. I feel like I should have received what I ordered.
I put these on a 2025 Chevrolet 2500 ZR2. It made a big difference in my towing. Before the suspension my truck squatted 4-5 inches. After suspension was installed it stays level when hooked. The best part is I didn’t loose my ride!

This truck is a 2025 Chevy 2500HD. I have the 3611-CHD kit. I set mine to 25% load and this raised my rear end 3/4 inch. I bought these for this truck because I had them on my last truck. It was a 2024 Chevy 1500 and it was a night and day difference but that truck needed the 40% setting. My new truck doesn’t need as much help but it’s good to know if I decide to tow heavier I can just adjust them to 40%. Buying these was cheaper that buying a full 1 ton truck.
Added these along with Timbrens bump stops and new Bilstien shocks before loading up my new Outpost 6.5 camper (~1420 dry weight) and I can barely tell the camper is on there. The install was the easiest part of that project and the springs are worth every penny. Can’t wait to really put some miles on them!!!
2024 2500HD. A little bit stiffer with no trailer set at 25% but the ride and handling with the trailer has definitely improved. I haul a 20’ car hauler, 26’ RV and 40’ gooseneck regularly so I can promise you it helps! Kit 3611.

Added the RAS system to my 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. My friend along with myself installed them to get ready for camping season. Going to be hauling a 39 ft. Toy hauler and can’t wait to see on how it will handle. This should take care of my squat and better road handling of my truck and trailer.
Instant noticeable visual difference as soon as I removed the truck off jackstands. Then after the first drive, the rear suspension was more responsive and provided an anti-sway feature I've never felt before. Then when I hooked up my trailer, it no longer sagged and it maintained level with the front.
Well fairly simple to install but haven’t towed my trailer much, maybe 5 miles just to test and check the squat. Definitely reduced the squat by half as much. Big trip with trailer in May for the big test.
Set it to the 40% and it raised the truck 1 inch.
I installed the RAS, very easy installation right in my driveway, on my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X. I carry a fair amount of weight as I have a cap, tools and electrical supplies. The ride is much more stable with less bounce on bumps and less lean when cornering. Highly recommend.
Love the 3611-HD kit for my 2015 Silverado 2500HD reduced the pogo bounce after going over a bump and handles a lot better around curves. Also reduced the squat when pulling a tongue heavy trailer.

Length of Coverage
Except as provided below, RoadActive Suspension, Inc. offers the following duration:
1. RoadActive Suspension, Inc. kits and their components are warrantied in the United States and Canada against defects in workmanship and materials for five (5) years following installation on the vehicle for which the kit is purchased.
2. The Warranty is terminated immediately when you transfer ownership of the vehicle to a second party, or it is used for a purpose not intended, regardless of your consent and/or if the product is installed on a second vehicle, regardless of when the second installation takes place. Because of these provisions, the Warranty is not transferable.
Authorized Sellers Only
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from RoadActive Suspension, Inc. or from an authorized RAS dealer or retailer. Purchases made from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers (including online marketplaces) may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Obligations
RoadActive Suspension, Inc. shall be limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any part or parts that reasonably appear to us upon inspection to have been defective in material and/or workmanship. You will be responsible for the cost of transportation charges and any charges in connection with reinstallation of the defective parts.
Exclusions and Limitations
The limited Warranty does not cover and RoadActive Suspension, Inc. will not be held responsible for any costs or injury you sustain by reason of the following:
1. Parts and labor necessary for removal, reinstallation, vehicle modification, or any vehicle repair, service, or replacement, and repair of defective parts other than RoadActive Suspension, Inc. defective parts, regardless of cause.
2. Any repair or replacement made necessary by any accident, breakdown, or failure of bolts, nuts, washers, or any other parts used to install the products, whether or not by RoadActive Suspension, Inc.
3. Unreasonable use, failure to install or maintain the product properly, modification of the product, or failure attributed to a defect in the vehicle, towing, fire, theft, environmental condition, or negligence, accidental or intentional damage or destruction.
4. Incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to compensation for loss of use of the product or vehicle, inconvenience, lost profit, or any other direct or indirect loss.
Individual Components Policy
For liability and safety reasons, RoadActive Suspension, Inc. does not sell or distribute individual components of any RAS kit separately. Each RoadActive Suspension kit is designed, tested, and warrantied as a complete system. Replacing or modifying any component independently—including threaded rods, brackets, or hardware—may affect system integrity and void all warranty coverage. Replacement components are only available through approved warranty claims or complete kit purchases.
Non-Warranty Replacement Policy
In cases where damage occurs due to installation error, misuse, or other non-warranty causes, replacement components are available only through the purchase of a new complete RoadActive Suspension kit. Individual components are not sold separately for safety and compliance reasons.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty will be considered void if any part of the RoadActive Suspension kit is altered, modified, or installed incorrectly, or if the product is used in any way that differs from its intended purpose. Warranty coverage also becomes void if non-RAS components are substituted or used in conjunction with the system in a way that may affect performance or safety.
Third-Party Modifications
RoadActive Suspension, Inc. is not responsible for any issues or failures that result from the use of aftermarket components, vehicle modifications, or non-standard installations. The RAS system is designed to function only with stock vehicle configurations unless otherwise specified in writing by RoadActive Suspension, Inc.
Inspection Recommendation
As the installation and removal are not covered by this Warranty, we recommend that you inspect the installation of the RoadActive Suspension, Inc. kit to ensure that the product was installed safely and presents, beyond any reasonable doubt, no danger to any other part(s) of the vehicle such as brake lines, gas tank and lines, sewer lines, electrical wiring, or the chassis.
How to Obtain Service
To obtain warranty replacement parts or repair, RoadActive Suspension, Inc. must first be contacted by letter or telephone, providing your name, make, model, and year of vehicle, and evidence of date of installation. Written or verbal approval will be given to you by an authorized RoadActive Suspension, Inc. employee, and you must then return the part to be replaced or repaired—at our option—freight paid, to our warehouse. The replacement part will be shipped within fifteen (15) days following our receipt of the original part.
Be sure to obtain our approval before returning products to our warehouse. They will not be accepted until approval is obtained.

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Warranty shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
