2011 ford Raptor, installation was straightforward. I just completed a 5500 mile trip and the system worked great...we'll worth the money spent for the system. Kept my truck running level and smooth with an extra 1600 lbs on the back.

RoadActive Suspension Kit includes an easy to install RAS Standard Duty Spring for each rear leaf spring. RoadActive Suspension kits are designed to strengthen the rear leaf springs for towing or hauling while providing same-as or better-than-stock unloaded ride and performance. This 3-in-1 solution works like a helper spring, sway bar and traction bar, at 1/3 the price. Fit-and-forget it install time is approximately one hour.
RoadActive Suspension provides a 30 day money back guarantee, from date of purchase. However should the kit be returned, it must be re packed in the original packaging with all components included. On orders with free shipping (where shipping was paid for by RoadActive Suspension), refunds will reflect the invoiced amount, minus that shipping cost billed to us by our shipping provider. In addition, the customer will be responsible for the return freight charges.

No Readjustments or Maintenance
No, installing RoadActive Suspension (or any other rear suspension helper) does not automatically void the factory warranty. The Magnuson Moss Act states that it is illegal for a vehicle manufactuer or dealership to void a warranty just because a part has been installed. The manufacturer or dealership may only void the warranty if they are able to prove the aftermarket part caused or contributed damage to the vehicle. Even then, warranty to the impacted component(s) is the only portion of the warranty that may be voided. In this case, all other parts of the vehicle remain under warranty.
RAS uses a variable-rate tension coil spring that attaches directly to your rear leaf springs. It works like a muscle, progressively engaging as load or force is applied. This keeps the leaf springs in an upright bowed position to prevent sag, improve stability, and enhance bounce isolation.
Most applications see a 2–3" reduction in rear squat. The exact amount will depend on multiple factors such as vehicle size, load size, load placement, leaf spring condition, and the tension setting of the RAS.
Expect same-as or better-than-stock unloaded ride with less bounce and more control.
Yes — in as little as 45–60 minutes with jack stands and hand tools. No drilling, no air lines, no maintenance.
Airbags add complexity, cost, and ongoing maintenance. Other helper springs only address sag and can compromise ride comfort.RAS is 3-in-1:it controls squat, reduces sway, and improves traction — all with zero maintenance.

The truck squat was not reduced by more than 1/2” if that. What a waste of $600

RAS customer service is top notch. I ordered parts for my 2018 Raptor. After installing them I realized I need to move the bump stops towards the center of the truck, just a bit. I called Shawn in the sales department. We chatted, I emailed him photos. He offered me a complete refund due to not having bump stop spacers for my Raptor. Im quite stubborn and refuse to remove the RAS from my truck. I asked for the f150 bump stop spacers for the same year truck. I would modify if needed. Shawn sent them over to me, no charge. Turns out they are a perfect fit for the Raptor as well. 5 star customer service! Thanks Shawn

Great addition to my 2020 Ford Raptor. When pulling our camper, I would have substantial squat and the rear end felt very unstable/bouncy. It’s not designed to tow heavy weight so this felt like an unfortunate issue I’d have to deal with. After adding the RAS I can load the same camper - around 6,500 lb - with no squat at 40%. Once installed, my unloaded rear ride height is around 1.75” taller than without the RAS but sinks only to what was the baseline height unloaded when adding the camper now. It’s a bit stiffer unloaded, but has significantly reduced body roll. No more bouncing or sway. Not bad to install. Great purchase for the investment!

I had a large amount of sag as expected and the rear end was wandering and unpredictable when towing. I installed kit 3611 and set it to the highest setting (40%) and it made all the difference. Truck squat is almost eliminated and the rear end is stable and planted. The ride quality was not affected enough for me to even notice. Gained about 2” of height in the rear. Install was not hard other than having to cut a bolt out.

Very pleased with the result after a simple install. The Ford Raptor 3611 kit requires removal of a small rubber roller. On the road, body roll and ride feel much more planted on all surfaces. When empty the rear end is up about 1.25". The truck settles nicely with a 6' x 12' dump trailer hauling 6,000 lb. of gravel - 9,000 lb. total trailer wt. Thanks again, appreciate your team answering the phone on install day!

I have not noticed any difference. Bump stops still rested down on the axle

Store owner replied: Hi Kody! We want to make sure our customers are happy and have no issues. From the image, there appears to be minimal gap between the coil of our springs. Can you advise the tension setting or gap (in mm) between the coils of our spring with truck as it sits?
Just as described. Easy install, great results. I tie most weekends with my sxs and camper to and from our seasonal. Night and day difference with vs without the RAS. Did give me a good lift in the rear, so I went with eibach springs in the front. 2017 Ford Raptor. Highly recommend!

Installed on a 2020 Ford Raptor. The bold head on the adjustment spring sheered off and now I’m stuck with the current adjustment not able to change tension…

At first I admit, I was a bit skeptical. Installation was a breeze, then I put it into the test! And OMG was I blown away!! My Raptor feels like a new truck. No more axle wrap and road manners are perfect! Towing stability is beyond perfect. Absolutely 0 sag! I would highly recommend this product !!!

No more sag!

I bought the 2691 kit for my 2011 Ford Raptor so I could get rid of the noisy Hellwig Helper leaf springs. They did an ok job of leveling the truck with our 26ft Bunkhouse attached, but were ungodly noisy when the truck was unloaded. I could not be happier with the RAS kit! Hard to explain it, but the truck actually rides and drives better than it did before with no helper springs! Body roll is minimized, no more wheel hop when the tires spin and the "porpoising" when going over large bumps or railroad tracks when towing my boat or camper is all but eliminated. Wish I would have installed these years ago. James

I have a 2019 ford raptor and was always worried about how much the rear suspension sagged with a trailer attached. After installing RAS, it doesnt sag and it even raised the rear at least 1-1/2”! Very happy with the ride as well!

I installed the RAS system on my 2010 F-150 Raptor. It a totally different truck when towing. I pull my 6000 pound tractor with implements and it handles like a dream! And it doesn't seem to compromise the ride quality when not towing. I will be putting RAS on every truck I own in the future that needs it.

My 2019 Raptor was dipping a lot when I would tow or put any kind of load in the bed. I installed the RAS and originally set it to 2mm. It improved the dipping by a lot, but it was still a bit low in the back. I reset the gap to 3mm and that did the trick. Now unloaded the rear is 1" higher that the front and with a 7000 Lbs. load the truck is level. The truck rides better than ever and the truck looks great. It feels like I got a different truck. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone.
